Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of services through the StronaW24h.com website ("Service").
- The Service Provider is Green Eco World Sp. z o.o., EU VAT: PL7882038912, registered address: ul. Kolejowa 20, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland, email: contact@stronaw24h.com.
- The Client is a natural person conducting business activity, a legal entity or other organizational unit that places an order through the Service.
- The Terms form an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Client.
§ 2. Scope of services
- The Service Provider offers:
- Website design and development (landing page, business card site, mini company site)
- Website hosting (on partner infrastructure)
- Domain registration and maintenance
- Business email mailbox configuration
- Additional services (translations, technical care)
- Detailed package descriptions and prices are available on the Service homepage.
Available packages:

All prices include VAT.
§ 3. Order placement
- Orders are placed through the form available in the Service.
- Placing an order requires providing: name, email address, selected package and a brief project description.
- After placing an order, the Client receives confirmation via email within 2 hours (between 8 AM – 10 PM CET) or by the next business morning.
- The agreement is concluded when the Service Provider confirms the order.
§ 4. Service execution
- The execution time is counted from the moment the Client provides all materials necessary for the service (logo, copy, photos or guidelines).
- Standard delivery times during business hours:
- Express package: up to 24 hours
- Standard package: up to 48 hours
- Pro package: up to 72 hours
- Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds (Express: 1, Standard: 3, Pro: 5).
- The Service Provider uses AI tools assisted by human specialists. Each website is reviewed and finalized by a human before delivery.
§ 5. Payments
- Prices stated in the Service are gross prices (incl. VAT) in EUR.
- Payment is made after acceptance of the final website version by the Client.
- Accepted payment methods: Stripe (Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/Google Pay), SEPA bank transfer.
- EU VAT invoice is issued within 7 days of receipt of payment.
- For B2B clients within the EU, reverse-charge mechanism is available pursuant to Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC.
- For the Pro package, payment can be split into 2 equal installments.
§ 6. Hosting, domain and email
- Express, Standard and Pro packages include:
- Website hosting for 12 months (on Hostinger Agency infrastructure)
- Domain registration (.com or .eu) for 12 months
- SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt) — automatic configuration
- Business email mailboxes (Express: 1, Standard: 3, Pro: 5) — free for 12 months
- After 12 months, renewal options:
- Express: €59/year
- Standard: €89/year
- Pro: €109/year
- The Client may at any time request transfer of all website files and migration to another provider.
- The domain is registered in the Client's name or on behalf of the Client (per Client's choice). The Client may request domain transfer to their own account at any time, free of charge.
§ 7. Intellectual property
- Upon full payment, the Client receives full rights to use the completed website within their business activity.
- The Service Provider retains the right to display the website in their portfolio.
- The Client bears full responsibility for materials provided (content, photos, logo) and declares having full copyright or licenses to them.
§ 8. Complaints and warranty
- Complaints are submitted via email to: contact@stronaw24h.com.
- The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days of receipt.
- If the complaint is upheld, corrections will be made or the amount paid will be refunded.
- Money Back Guarantee: The Client has the right to a 100% refund within 14 days of the order date, if despite revisions within the package, the website does not meet expectations.
§ 9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
- Consumers and entrepreneurs running sole proprietorships for whom the agreement is not professional in nature have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
- Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services if performance has begun with the Client's express prior consent before the 14-day period expires (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
- By placing an order and accepting the Terms, the Client expressly consents to immediate commencement of services and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
- Independently of the above, the Client retains the Money Back Guarantee described in § 8 (4).
§ 10. Tech care (additional service)
- The Client may order Tech Care for €25/month, which includes:
- Website technology updates
- Daily backups
- Uptime monitoring
- Minor content changes (up to 2 hours of work per month)
- The service is provided on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.
- Invoices are issued monthly in advance.
§ 11. Personal data protection
- The data controller is the Service Provider.
- Detailed information on data processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.
- Information on cookie usage is provided in the Cookie Policy.
§ 12. Final provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law (the law of the Service Provider's seat).
- Disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved amicably. In case of failure, disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Service Provider's seat.
- Consumers may use out-of-court complaint resolution, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change these Terms. Clients will be informed of changes via email with 14 days' notice.
