Terms of Service

Effective from May 8, 2026

§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern services provided electronically by Green Eco World sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Kolejowa 20, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, Poland, EU VAT ID: PL7882038912 (the "Provider").

  3. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

§ 2. Definitions

§ 3. Packages and pricing

  1. Two packages are offered:
    • Express — single page, 24h delivery, €159 (promo, regular €229).
    • Pro — shop or multilingual site, 72h delivery, €489 (promo, regular €699).
  2. The -30% promo is valid until the date shown on the homepage countdown.
  3. Prices include EU VAT where applicable. Reverse charge applies to B2B clients with valid VAT-ID outside Poland.
  4. Optional add-ons: Translation +€69/language, Technical care +€25/month.
  5. Packages include 12 months of hosting, .com or .eu domain (12 months), SSL, mailboxes (1/5/10), and revision rounds (1/2/3).

§ 4. Order and contract

  1. The Client submits an order via the form on the Service.
  2. Within 24 business hours the Provider sends a detailed Brief link and quote.
  3. The Client accepts the quote by completing the Brief and paying for the Package in full, upfront.
  4. The contract is concluded when the payment clears. Delivery time runs from that moment + complete Brief.

§ 5. Delivery

  1. The Provider builds the Site based on the Brief and best UX/UI practices.
  2. The finished Site is shown on a staging URL.
  3. The Client may request changes within their package's revision rounds (1/2/3) within 7 days of receiving the Site.
  4. If no feedback is given within 7 days, the Site is deemed accepted.
  5. After acceptance, the Site goes live on your domain.
  6. If delivery is delayed by more than 24h solely due to the Provider, the Package is free (full refund within 14 days).

§ 6. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)

  1. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
  2. This right does not apply once performance has begun with the Consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right (Article 16(a) of the Directive).
  3. By accepting these Terms and submitting the Brief, the Consumer requests immediate performance and acknowledges loss of the withdrawal right.
  4. If withdrawal is exercised before work begins, the full payment is refunded within 14 days.

§ 7. Money-back guarantee

  1. Independently of statutory rights, the Provider grants a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of Site acceptance.
  2. If the Client is not satisfied despite using all revision rounds, a full refund may be requested.
  3. The guarantee does not cover Sites already in active use (publicly distributed URLs, integrated analytics, marketing campaigns).

§ 8. Payments

  1. Payments are made in EUR via Stripe (cards), bank transfer (SEPA), or other methods listed in checkout.
  2. EU VAT invoice issued upon full payment, sent by email.
  3. For B2B repeat clients, deferred 14-day payment terms may be arranged.

§ 9. IP and licensing

  1. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered Site.
  2. The Provider retains rights to underlying frameworks, libraries, and reusable code patterns.
  3. The Client receives full CMS access for self-editing.
  4. The Client warrants having rights to all materials (images, text, logos) provided to the Provider.

§ 10. Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted to complaints@stronaw24h.com with order number and description.
  2. The Provider responds within 14 days.
  3. Consumers may use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§ 11. Liability

  1. The Provider is not liable for downtime caused by hosting failures, third-party attacks, Client misuse, or force majeure.
  2. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Package. Indirect damages, lost profits, data loss are excluded.
  3. Limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct or to Consumer claims to the extent prohibited by mandatory law.

§ 12. Data protection

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

§ 13. Final provisions

  1. Polish law applies. EU consumer protection rules continue to apply where Consumers reside in another EU country.
  2. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Provider's seat, subject to Consumer protection rules.
  3. The Provider may amend these Terms with 14 days' notice. Existing contracts are not affected.
